Journaling and Praying Has Been a Game Changer

Over the course of years now, writing my feelings and thoughts about whatever has really helped me shape my desires or express whatever I’m feeling within the moment. I highly recommend getting yourself a journal and starting daily writing your thoughts, feelings, desires and everything else. Keep it as your personal diary to reflect on. I find writing has helped tremendously through the good or bad and challenges or goals I have.

Also pray! I’m a believer in whatever you say will come to fruition. For example, If you want something in terms of financially per say, speak that to the universe and you shall receive an answered prayer. Take a moment in silence and pray out loud your gratitude first and pray your wants/needs. Trust me, I’m a testament to this. 

Feel Good To Look Good

This will not be the first time you’ve heard the term, Feel Good To Look Good; I wholeheartedly believe that. Show up for yourself regardless if life gets in the way; start your morning with washing your face and brushing your teeth, those first steps make you feel beyond and more. Always take the time for yourself through maybe brushing your hair and throwing on a clean outfit, it helps!

Move Your Body

Health and Wellness is the key to success. The more fit one looks, it indicates a sense of wealth. You must take care of your own body through daily exercising or moving your body. A walk at the park or a light weight training session can take you to the next level! I love a good gym session in the morning, It sets the tone for the day ahead. Also, a good first meal in the morning like eggs and avocado toast is the way to go. Whole foods nourish you. 2026 is all about action and discipline, you don’t want to reflect on what you should have done instead start now! 

All of these tidbits are not first time information, but a simple jumpstart to your life for a great 2026, love and remind yourself that you are capable. Thank you :)
